But feelings are like ether.
They are subject to the elements
Multi-hued Confetti
Streaming live on Facebook for all the world to see.
Feelings are Invisible
One-sided
Anonymous bombs
Bursting and disappearing
They can’t burn down the house.
Feelings are fleeting.
You’re fired.
You’re hired.
I don’t trust you.
He/She is great,
Just wait and see.
I want you in jail
You should be hung from the rafters
Upside down like a bat.
You know what scares me?
Actions
Words too.
They help us to remember things.
But mostly it’s deeds.
Actions plus words
Can dismantle a hope in less than 10 seconds
Then come back
To plant the final bullet into your brain.
Try to remember that.
