It is simple, really
To transplant a rose.
Preserve it with care.
The petals need soft rain
The right amount of sun.
Proper nourishment
Good drainage
And a gentle hand
Much like a human.
Fragile beauty
Requires nurture
And respect.
Demand too much, too quickly
It will show its thorns
Expect nothing.
It will regard your trust.
